Ring Size Guide

Finding your ring size at home is simple. Follow the steps below to measure accurately — a well-fitted ring should slide on with gentle resistance and come off with a little effort.

Method 1 — String or Paper Strip

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of non-stretchy string.
  2. Wrap it snugly (not tightly) around the base of the finger you plan to wear the ring on.
  3. Mark where the paper or string meets. For string, mark both the wrap point and the end.
  4. Lay the strip flat against a ruler and measure the length in millimeters — this is your finger circumference.
  5. Find your circumference in the chart below to identify your US ring size.
Tips for the most accurate measurement:
Fingers are slightly larger at the end of the day and in warm weather — measure then for the best fit. For knuckle-fit rings, measure the widest part of your knuckle. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Method 2 — Measure an Existing Ring

  1. Find a ring that already fits the intended finger well.
  2. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters using a ruler.
  3. Match that measurement to the diameter column in the chart below.

Still Not Sure?

We recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional sizing. Most offer this service free of charge. You can also order two adjacent sizes and return the one that doesn't fit — see our return policy for details.
